LPU Cavite mission is to holistically uplift the academic journey of all the students and empowered our Lycean educators and harness the leadership of our Lycean Leaders.

As we implement the LPUC F.U.T.U.R.E. in the past months, we continuously realizing its facets. LPUC Education is Universal – internationalization thru global standards and quality assurance, QS Stars Rating, IIP, THE, WURI, AUN QA the global standards can extend beyond traditional academic education to encompass lifelong learning and professional development. internationalization through global standards and quality assurance in education has the potential to create a more interconnected and equitable global education system.

A crucial aspect of transformative education at LPUC is the emphasis on inclusivity and diversity. Recognizing that each student brings a unique set of experiences and perspectives to the table, we aim to create an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity. We are committed in integrating the service learning to our curriculum that embellish the Lycean commitment to uphold the essence of sharing, the meaningful community service with academic learning, aiming to foster universal education by actively engaging students in real-world issues. With the help of all Academic Units, COSEL and NSTP we will be igniting the core of Sustainable Goals resolute to Goals 4 and 10, through quality education and aims to reduce inequality.

Moreover, the mentorship and guidance provided by our dedicated faculty members play a pivotal role in transformative education. Establishing strong mentor-mentee relationships creates a support system that goes beyond academic assistance. Empowering students and faculty includes fostering a collaborative learning environment, encouraging critical thinking, and providing hands-on experiences. Technology integration with the support of ITD, the continuous blended learning and online learning is essential for preparing students with the digital skills required in the contemporary workforce.

Faculty empowerment entails continuous professional development, that is why monthly LEAP for educators is our utmost priority, embracing innovative teaching methodologies, and adapting to diverse learning styles. In this approach, the goal is to equip both students and faculty with the practical tools and knowledge needed for success in the real-world challenges of the 21st century.

One practical thought that underscores our commitment to realistic education is the integration of experiential learning into our curriculum. By providing students with hands-on experiences, internships, and real-world applications of theoretical knowledge, we empower them to bridge the gap between academic understanding and practical application. The continuous workshop for OBE to our Academic Leaders is an important commitment of LPU Cavite to nourish and nurture the epistemic array of our Lycean Educators. Through CHAMP and LEAP, each session, workshops and seminars is a tool of improvement to substantiate quality education and enhance critical mindset to quality of education.
