On-site Evaluation for Limited Face-to-Face Classes

July 30, 2021 – The different representatives from various government agencies such as the Commission on Higher Education Region IV-A represented by Dr. Judith Mary Ann R. Chan and Mr. Loupel Gueta, Regional Inter-Agency Task Force represented by Engr. Alfred Ray O. Dano and Jose Pedro Emmanuel A. Banez, Department of Health represented by Mr. Erickson Manuel Pawig and Mr. George Tomas, and the Local Government Unit of the City of General Trias represented by Mr. Erwin Prijoles and Romel Olimpo conducted an on-site evaluation for limited face-to-face classes for the Academic Year 2021-2022 for BS Nursing and BS Medical Technology programs.

The evaluators were split into two groups to focus on two categories, the preparedness of the Academics and the other one is on Student Services.

“I commend the preparations of LPU Cavite for the limited face-to-face classes for the future medical technologists and nurses, especially now that we need additions to our frontline workers to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.” said Mr. Olimpo. “Napakaganda ng retro-fitting na ginawa ng LPU Cavite! Maraming commendable best practices na dapat tularan and a thumbs up for a job well done!” said Dr. Chan, the head of the on-site evaluators, on an interview.

This application for the issuance of a permit for the conduct of limited face to face classes for Nursing and Medical Technology Programs is part of LPU Cavite’s commitment to deliver quality education amidst the limitations posed by the Covid 19 pandemic.
