On November 7, 2023, LPU Cavite reached a significant milestone in fostering industry partnerships during THE Talks 2023, hosted by the College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management. The event showcased LPU-Cavite’s Cruise Line Management program, featuring esteemed guests from Disney Cruise Line and TDG Crew Management Inc.

Beyond the excitement of promising careers onboard Disney Cruise Ships, the event also underscored a commitment to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The engagement with international guests served as a platform to discuss how the cruise industry aligns with the SDGs, particularly in promoting decent work and economic growth (SDG 8) and industry, innovation, and infrastructure (SDG 9).
