LPU Cavite proudly showcased its commitment to environmental awareness through the success of NSTP students Cherlin Gelle Reyes and Alexa Gian Tulaylay, who participated in the EMB CALABARZON Likhalikasan Event held on October 25, 2023, at Silang Central School, Cavite.

Cherlin Gelle Reyes secured first place, while Alexa Gian Tulaylay received a special award for their masterpiece, emphasizing the importance of a “Trash-Free Manila Bay.” Ms. Aira Areglo, NSTP Implementer, accompanied the students and participated in a parallel seminar hosted by the organization.

This recent victory not only highlighted the artistic prowess of LPU Cavite’s students but also showed the institution’s unwavering support for the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 13 and SDG 14. LPU Cavite continues its efforts to address climate change and promote the sustainable use of marine resources.
