32nd Total Quality Instruction Development Program Strengthens Educational Excellence at LPU Cavite

February 6, 2024: LPU Cavite commenced its 32nd Total Quality Instruction Development Program today at the University Auditorium, gearing up faculty members for the upcoming semester. Themed “LPU-C F.U.T.U.R.E.—Strengthening the LPUC Educational Quality Framework: A Journey Towards Achieving Performance Excellence,” the program underlines the institution’s commitment to continuous improvement.

In the first session, Dir. Christina G. Aquino, an assessor for the Philippine Quality Awards, emphasized holistic quality standards in education after keynote speaker Mr. Gerry A. Plana, CEO of Investors in People, shared insights on performance excellence.

Dr. Mark Irvin C. Celis, Vice President for Academic Affairs, welcomed participants and highlighted the program’s pivotal role in elevating education quality. Vice President for Administration Dr. Maria Teresa O. Pilapil provided updates on LPU Cavite’s plans. Ms. Kimberly Alcaraz, Head of the Center for Research and Development, shared research highlights, while Dr. Catherine Cababa provided community outreach updates.

The event concluded with the recognition of faculty members, acknowledging achievements such as perfect attendance and top-performing faculty. Mr. Ivan Batolata, OIC Dean, and the College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management were in charge of organizing this event.
