Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Responsible to sell brand new vehicles and collateral business or generating corporate and individual accounts and sustain existing accounts. Prepares and delivers sales presentation to new and existing customer. Responsible for handling over-all-sales transaction from closing to delivery and after sales. Able to generate strong leads through calling, referrals. Build and maintain good relationship with customers through regular review visits and ensures total customer satisfaction by attending to customer demands.

 

Educational Background:

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

Facility/Maintenance Head

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment in all company facilities. Initiates actions for improvement of facilities to maximize efficiency. Coordinates and works closely with Operations to implement equipment and building safety standards.

·         Performs electrical and mechanical works such as maintenance of electrical facilities, troubleshooting and repairing of machineries, general cleaning of airconditioners and other housekeeping functions involving carpentry and plumbing works.

 

Educational Background:

·         Candidate must possess at least a Professional License ( Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent

 

Skills/Competencies Required / Other Qualifications:

·         At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

·         Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering- Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.

Shop Superintendent

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Maintain overall supervision and proper operations of the entire dealer workshop

·         The Shop Superintendent shall report directly to the After-Sales Manager and shall be in charge with the operation in the General job and Body & Paint Section. Responsibilities included proper workshop loading, monitors quality checking of repaired vehicles from respective foremen and ensures Toyota repair procedures and workshop standards are observed.

 

Educational Background:

·         Candidate should have a degree holder in any technical automotive coursed or equivalent

·         Should be a certified Toyota Diagnostic or a Master Technician

 

Skills/Competencies Required / Other Qualifications:

·         Male, not more than 35 years old

·         Requires supervisory skills and has a valid professional driver’s license

·         A solid track record as a workshop superintendent in a leading automotive dealership is an advantage

·         Computer literate, with basic proficiency on MS office utilization

Technical Officer/In-House Trainor

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Responsible to conduct regular technical training to all technicians and service advisors. Develop training curriculum and training modules. Lead the technical training team and Monitor training programme, content, delivery and to promote continuous improvement contribute to analyzing of standard performance reports, operational non-compliance and execution of structured action plans. Monitor training materials, equipment and tools. Develop and monitor the annual training plan and scheduling for all technical training.

 

Educational Background:

·         Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering

·         Should be a certified Toyota Certified Trainer to Diagnostic Master Electrician Level.

 

Skills/Competencies Required / Other Qualifications:

·         High Level of Proficiency in both written and spoken English

·         The ability to train, coach, utilize skills appropriately

·         Requires supervisory skills and has a valid professional driver’s license

·         The ability to adjust priorities and structure time wisely in a fast paced environment
