1. PHARMACIST
Duties and Responsibilities: · Fills/Dispenses medicines. · Issues Pharmacy Charge Tickets and Credit Memo. · Receives, records, and properly stores all deliveries. · Handles dispensing of PDEA-controlled substances. · Reconstitutes powder for suspension and performs paper tabbing should the request arise. · Attends to whatever functions as designated to her by the Chief Pharmacist. Educational Background: · Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Skills/Competencies Required / Other Qualifications: · Must have passed the Pharmacy Licensure Board Examination · Can communicate well in both written and oral manner, can work in flexible hours, and computer literate. |

4. HMO Staff (Cashier)
Duties and Responsibilities: · The position is required to collect specified billed amount from patient with good interfaces. · To provide customers with comprehensive, high quality, and responsive health care services for their money's worth. · To render transparency on inquiries of hospital bills and payments. · To remit exact amount of collections to UIDI on a daily basis. Duties and Responsibilities: · Responsible for planning the menu for regular and modified diets, provides diet counseling for in and out-patients, oversees and monitors dishing out of food, checks the accuracy of the food to be delivered. 6. DIEBETES NURSE EDUCATOR
Duties and Responsibilities: · Responsible for rendering diabetes education to the diabetes patients (IN & OPD), their families and the community focusing on diabetic care, monitoring and preventive management. · Directs Nursing care to patients according to nursing care plan established by the Diabetologist Educational Background:
Skills/Competencies Required / Other Qualifications: · Passed the Local Board rendered by the Professional Regulatory Commission; with good scholastic record · Member of Phil. Association of Diabetes Educator (PADE), Association of Diabetes Nurse Educator of the Phil. (ADNEP), or Phil. Center for Diabetes Education Foundation (PCDEF).

Duties and Responsibilities: · Performs a variety of x-ray, diagnostic procedures and patient care procedures that requires professional handling of diagnostic imaging equipments. · Licensed Radiologic Technologist Skills/Competencies Required / Other Qualifications:
