1. PHARMACIST

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Fills/Dispenses medicines.

·         Issues Pharmacy Charge Tickets and Credit Memo.  

·         Receives, records, and properly stores all deliveries.

·         Handles dispensing of PDEA-controlled substances.

·         Reconstitutes powder for suspension and performs paper tabbing should the request arise.

·         Attends to whatever functions as designated to her by the Chief Pharmacist.

Educational Background:

·         Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

Skills/Competencies Required / Other Qualifications:

·         Must have passed the Pharmacy Licensure Board Examination

·         Can communicate well in both written and oral manner, can work in flexible hours, and computer literate.

2. STAFF NURSE

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         She/he is the one who is responsible for rendering quality nursing care to the patients within the assigned units.

Educational Background:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor Degree of Nursing. from a reputable schools.

Skills/Competencies Required / Other Qualifications:

  • An IVT license
  • Passed the Local Board rendered by the Professional Regulatory Commission; with good scholastic record
  • With / Without   related hospital training but  preferably with  at least  6  months  experience

3. SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.

·         Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.

·         Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values.

Educational Background:

·         Graduate of any four year course in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.

Skills/Competencies Required / Other Qualifications:

·         At least or (1) year related experience and/or training or its equivalent or combination of education and experience.

4. HMO Staff (Cashier)

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         The position is required to collect specified billed amount from patient with good interfaces.

·         To provide customers with comprehensive, high quality, and responsive health care services for their money's worth.

·         To render transparency on inquiries of hospital bills and payments.

·         To remit exact amount of collections to UIDI on a daily basis.

Educational Background:

·         Graduate of any four-year course.

Skills/Competencies Required / Other Qualifications:

·         Computer literate.

·         Can work with minimum supervision.

·         Hardworking, trustworthy, honest and loyal.

·         With or without experience but willing to learn and be trained.

5. DIETITIAN

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for planning the menu for regular and modified diets, provides diet counseling for in and out-patients, oversees and monitors dishing out of food, checks the accuracy of the food to be delivered.

Educational Background:

·         Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics

Skills/Competencies Required / Other Qualifications:

·         Nutrition and Dietetics Board Certified

·         Ability to work in people-oriented environment

·         Has excellent customer relation skills

·         Ability to lead and manage change

·         Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision

·         Ability to handle patients’ complaints

·         At least one year experience in the dietary section of hospital; or equivalent combination of education and experience

6. DIEBETES NURSE EDUCATOR

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for rendering diabetes education to the diabetes patients (IN & OPD), their families and the community focusing on diabetic care, monitoring and preventive management.

·         Directs Nursing care to patients according to nursing care plan established by the Diabetologist

 Educational Background:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor Degree of Nursing from a reputable school

Skills/Competencies Required / Other Qualifications:

·         Passed the Local Board rendered by the Professional Regulatory Commission; with good scholastic record

·         Member of Phil. Association of Diabetes Educator (PADE), Association of Diabetes Nurse Educator of the Phil. (ADNEP), or Phil. Center for Diabetes Education Foundation (PCDEF).

  • Computer literate

·         Attended Diabetes Education Training Program by PADE, ADNEP, or PCDEF

7. PHYSICAL THERAPIST

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Implements initial and subsequent treatment programs within the referral of the Physiatrist in-Charge after the evaluation was done.

·         Provides physical therapy services on patients with disability.  Collaborates with other staff in promoting quality service.

Educational Background:

·         Provides physical therapy services on patients with disability.  Collaborates with other staff in promoting quality service.

 Skills/Competencies Required / Other Qualifications:

·         Knowledge in the field of work and able to adapt with the everyday load of patients.

·         Exhibits skills in relation to work and in dealing with every patient, department head, staff and all employees of the hospital.

·         Preferably with hospital experience

8. PT VOLUNTEER

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Implements initial and subsequent treatment programs within the referral of the Physiatrist in-charge after the evaluation was done.

Educational Background:

·         Must be registered Physical Therapist

Skills/Competencies Required / Other Qualifications:

·         No work experience required

9. RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Performs a variety of x-ray, diagnostic procedures and patient care procedures that requires professional handling of diagnostic imaging equipments. Provides exemplary customer service. Participates and engages in a team framework, and maintains a positive approach and attitude.

Educational Background:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology

·         Licensed Radiologic Technologist

Skills/Competencies Required / Other Qualifications:

  • Should be able to work well in situations of stress.
  • Willing to learn other imaging modalities.

·         Ability to perform duties in one field outside of routine radiography and willing to work outside of modality, i.e., Ultrasound, C.T., Mammography.

·         Minimum 1 year in Hospital or clinical radiological science field.
