Online Enrolment Procedures for Continuing Students/Upperclassmen
(Undergraduate Programs)
Second Semester, Academic Year 2020-2021

 

STEP 1. ENLISTMENT AND ASSESSMENT

  • Log-in to “Student Access Module” by entering the Username (Student No.), Birthdate and 
    corresponding Password
    . If the user forgot the password, just click on “Forgot your password?
  • Click the “Registration Tab”.

For REGULAR STUDENTS, select your preferred block section from the dropdown.

For IRREGULAR STUDENTS, do not select any section from the dropdown. Just tick the subject/s one-by-one and select the desired schedule. Selected subjects and schedules will be displayed under the Registered Subjects portion.

For STUDENTS WITH BACK SUBJECT/S, just click the “Available Subjects” button then tick the subjects and select the preferred schedule.

Note: Always check the allowable number of units.

  • Click the “Assessment” button at the end of the page. Select preferred payment mode then click “save” button.

Make sure that all the selected subjects and schedules are correct before completing the registration as changes can no longer be done.

Click the “printer-friendly” to generate unofficial copy of enrolment assessment form for your payment reference.

STEP 2. PAYMENT OF FEES

Pay the assessed fees. Please see payment instructions

 

STEP 3. VERIFICATION OF ENROLMENT

Log-in to “Student Access Module”. Go to “Account Tab” and click the “desired semester” to view and print the “Statement of Account/Official Enrolment Assessment Form.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  

The following are the terms and conditions for Online Enrolment of Continuing Students/ Upperclassmen (Undergraduate Programs) of LPU-Cavite for Second Semester of Academic Year 2020-2021:

  • Continuing Students/Upperclassmen as scheduled are entitled to do the Self-Service AIMS Online Registration to enlist their subject/s from February 1 to 17, 2021.
  • Students who failed to enlist on the scheduled date of enrolment (from Monday to Thursday, based on weekly schedule) will have a chance to conclude their enlistment on Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM only.
  • Shifting of Program and Overload of Subject/s should be filed at the Registrar’s Office before the student enrolls.
  • Adding and Changing of Subject/s will only be entertained by the Registrar’s Office two (2) weeks after the start of classes subject to the existing policies and procedures.
  • Withdrawal Dropping of Subject/s (part of load/entire load) should be filed to the Registrar’s Office subject to the existing policies and procedures.
  • Aforementioned procedures in Online Registration Enrolment for Upperclassmen and Continuing Students (Undergraduate Programs) are applicable only this Second Semester, Academic Year 2020-2021.
  • All students should strictly follow these terms and conditions including the Data Privacy Agreement signed upon initial enrolment to LPU-Cavite. Any unlawful or prohibited use and act thereof, which constitute a violation of the Online Registration and Enrolment for Upperclassmen and Continuing Students (Undergraduate Programs) shall be a ground to declare the enrolment application null and void.
