Online Enrolment for Incoming/ New Students

Second Semester, Academic Year 2020-2021

 

Objectives: This aims to provide a convenient and accessible enrolment process to all qualified student applicants (incoming/new students) who wish to pursue studies in Lyceum of the Philippines University-Cavite for Academic Year 2020-2021.

Scope and Limitations: The online admission and enrolment is applicable only for incoming Junior/Senior High School, College Freshmen and Transferees, Foreign and Graduate School applicants.

Please be advised that prior to enrollment, you must follow the PRE-ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES.

  • Online enrollment for the Second Semester for Academic Year 2020-2021 will be on February 1 to 17, 2021.
  • Online enrollment for 1st Semester, AY 2021-2022 will be on March 2021 (tentatively).
  • For the graduate school, enrollment for the 3rd Trimester 2020-21 will be on the last week of April 2021.
  • LPU Cavite's SHS graduates / JHS completers must create a new online Applicant Access Module. 
    In creating your name, put an asterisk (*) after the FIRST NAME. (Ex. JUAN* DELA CRUZ).

ONLINE ENROLMENT PROCEDURES

 

STEP 1. ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS

COMPLETE and CLEAR SCANNED COPY OF ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS:

JUNIOR AND SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL/ FRESHMEN
  • Complete and signed copy of terms and conditions of LPU-Cavite Data Privacy Policy
  • Original Report Card (previously enrolled)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Original PSA Birth Certificate
  • F137A/SF10 (if available)
  • Undertaking of Students for Non-Involvement in Unrecognized Organizations
  • Completely and signed Retention Policy (BS Accountancy and BS Customs Administration programs only)

TRANSFEREE (JUNIOR AND SENIOR HIGH/COLLEGE)
  • Complete and signed copy of terms and conditions of LPU-Cavite Data Privacy Policy
  • Original Transcript of Records or Certified True Copy of Records (previous school).  

Note that crediting of professional subject/s is not applicable. Only the general subjects may be credited subject to the approval of the Headmaster (IS)/Dean (College)

ALTERNATIVE LEARNING SYSTEM (ALS)/NON-FORMAL GRADUATES
  • Complete and signed copy of terms and conditions of LPU-Cavite Data Privacy Policy
  • Certificate of Completion or Diploma
  • ALS/NFE Result
  • Undertaking on Students Non-Involvement in Unrecognized Organizations
  • Original PSA Birth Certificate

FOREIGN STUDENTS
  • Complete and signed copy of terms and conditions of LPU-Cavite Data Privacy Policy
  • Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) and Student Visa (18 years old & above)/SSP (below 18 years old)
  • Photocopy of Passport (Biopage)
  • Authenticated Scholastic Records (Red Ribbon)
  • Original Notarized Affidavit of Support including bank statements or notarized notice of grant for institution-al scholars to cover expenses for the student’s accommodation and subsistence, as well as school dues and other incidental expenses.
  • Medical Certificate/Quarantine Medical Clearance (if in the Philippines)
  • Original Certificate of Course Description and Certification of Grades (if transferee)
  • Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal (if transferee)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Undertaking on Students Non-Involvement in Unrecognized Organizations
  • Original Birth Certificate or its equivalent duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post

 

GRADUATE SCHOOL
  • Complete and signed copy of terms and conditions of LPU-Cavite Data Privacy Policy
  • Original Transcript of Records or Certified True Copy of Records (previous school)
  • Original Diploma
  • Transfer Credentials (for transferees)
  • Original PSA Birth Certificate
  • Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
  • Undertaking on Students Non-Involvement in Unrecognized Organizations

 

STEP 2. APPLICATION AND ENLISTMENT STATUS

The applicant will receive a notification from the Registrar’s Office through email for the status of his/her enrolment application and enlistment.

STEP 3. PAYMENT OF FEES

Pay the corresponding fee based on the assessment.

Please note that clearing of payments will take two (2) to three (3) working days after payment has been made.

STEP 4. ENROLMENT VALIDATION

Once payment transaction has been verified, the applicant will receive his/her Official Enrolment Assessment Form from the Accounting Office through email which concludes applicant’s enrolment.

Note: Office 365 Account and MyLPU E-Learning Account will be sent in a separate email once the applicant is officially enrolled.

STEP 5. ONLINE ID APPLICATION AND MEDICAL E-REFERRAL

Click the link https://iduaa.lpu.edu.ph for Online ID Application and securing E-Medical Referral slip and wait for the confirmation sent through email.

STEP 6. SUBMISSION OF COMPLETE ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS

Original copies/hard copies of the complete enrolment requirements should be sent to LPU-Cavite through a courier service provider not later than March 31, 2021 addressed to:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All applicants are requested to read carefully and take note of the following terms and conditions for online enrolment for Second Semester, Academic Year 2020-2021.

1. The applicants must conform to online enrolment guidelines and requirements of LPU-Cavite including the schedules and deadlines if and may the school should declare such.

2. All applications are subject for review and approval upon submission of necessary requirements.

3. Registered section along with the class schedule is determined by the school system and cannot be chosen by the applicant.

4. Enrolment is considered official only upon applicant’s complete and accurate compliance with the following:

  • Presentation and submission of original/photocopy admission and enrolment requirements to LPU-Cavite before the start of classes.
  • Completion of enrolment procedure set by the institution within the same period (please see enrolment procedures).

5. Shifting of Program is not applicable once applicant is enrolled. 

6. Withdrawal Dropping of Subject/s (part of load/entire load) should be filed to the Registrar’s Office subject to the existing policies and procedures.

7. Procedures in Online Enrolment are applicable only for Second Semester, Academic Year 2020-2021.

8. All applicants should strictly follow these terms and conditions including the Data Privacy Agreement as stated in the Applicant Data Entry. Any unlawful or prohibited use and act thereof, which constitute a violation of the Online Admission and Enrolment shall be a ground to declare the admission and enrolment application null and void.
