The Guidance and Testing Center, in coordination with the College of Business Administration and College of Fine Arts & Design conducted Student Development Program entitled, “Freshmen Enhancement Program Session” last August 23-September 5, 2019 at the Audio-Visual Theater (AVT), and also some classroom sessions. The activity aimed to establish camaraderie among students, identify adjustment difficulties of students during their stay in the university, as well as develop and learn the basic skills in managing and coping with the rigors of life effectively. Ms. Analyn P. Lontoc, Guidance Associate of CBA & CFAD talked about several struggles that they might encounter during college days and some approaches on effective coping strategies during adversities in life. Moreover, students were made aware of what they should expect in college and the things that they need to improve to become a successful student. Finally, they enjoyed sharing their ideas/styles in studying smart on how to become the best student.
