The academic support personnel of Lyceum of the Philippines University Cavite attended the A1 Customer Relations seminar held at the University Auditorium on September 5, 2019.
The program was spearheaded by Ms. Maria Teresa O. Pilapil, Vice President of Administration and Registrar, by giving an inspirational message as she also shared her encounter with different customers and how she handled it.
The Resource Speaker, Mr. Michael U. Jimenez, astonishingly presented the importance of Customer Relations. He also discussed the importance of knowing the behavior of each customer with the use of strategy “L.E.A.D” L – Listen, E – Empathy, A – Apologize, D – Do Something.
The talk ended with a sharing or experiences by giving examples and how to commit Customer Relations in doing one's job. The seminar was organized by the Human Resource Department headed by Dir. Lizandro O. Ferrer.
