Making it Through the Final Stretch

The Guidance and Testing Center conducted Student Development Program session with the third year CAMS students entitled, “Making it Through the Final Stretch,” last January 24, 2017 at the Multi-Purpose Hall (MPH). The activity aimed to address unproductive habits of students such as procrastination and how to reduce their stress levels. Ms. Jade Anne C. Fijer, RGC, facilitated the discussion on the challenges which most medical students experience and the way they can cope with those. Moreover, some students shared their views on how they can keep themselves motivated towards achieving their academic and career goals.
