Onsite Enrollment for New Students (Graduate School)

Scope and Limitations: The onsite admission and enrolment are applicable only to incoming Graduate School applicants.

  • The entrance examination is still waived.  Before proceeding with the enrollment, make sure to accomplish the pre-registration.

ENROLMENT PROCEDURES


STEP 1. Checking of Enrolment Requirements at CPD

ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS:

GRADUATE SCHOOL
  • Two (2) pcs. 2×2 Colored Photos (white background, with name and signature at the back)
  • Complete and signed a copy of the terms and conditions of the LPU-Cavite Data Privacy Policy
  • Original Transcript of Records or Certified True Copy of Records (previous school)
  • Original and Photocopy of Diploma
  • Transfer Credentials (for transferees)
  • Original and Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • Original and Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable) 
  • Undertaking Form
FOREIGN STUDENTS
  • Two (2) pcs. 2×2 Colored Photos (white background, with name and signature at the back)
  • Complete and signed a copy of the terms and conditions of the LPU-Cavite Data Privacy Policy
  • Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) and Student Visa (18 years old & above)/SSP (below 18 years old)
  • Photocopy of Passport (Bio page)
  • Authenticated Scholastic Records (Red Ribbon)
  • Original Notarized Affidavit of Support including bank statements or notarized notice of grant for institutional scholars to cover expenses for the student’s accommodation and subsistence, as well as school dues and other incidental expenses.
  • Medical Certificate/Quarantine Medical Clearance (if in the Philippines)
  • Original Certificate of Course Description and Certification of Grades (if transferee)
  • Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal (if transferee)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Undertaking Form
  • Original Birth Certificate or equivalent document duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post
  • Retention Policy for BS Accountancy and BS Customs Administration student applicants

STEP 2. Submission of Requirements at Registrar’s Office and Course Enlistment

Kindly go to the Registrar’s Office to submit evaluated enrollment forms and credentials to your college evaluators for enlistment. You will be given an enrollment slip to be presented to the Cashier.

For the application for the honor graduates scholarship, submit your requirements to Ms. Andrea on Window 1.

STEP 3. Payment of Fees at the Cashier

Pay for the initial downpayment (installment) or the total fees (full payment).

Once payment is done, you are now officially enrolled.
You will also be provided with a receipt with your student number on it.

STEP 4. Get a referral slip for Medical and Dental check-ups at the Health Service Department

After payment, you will proceed to our Health Services Department on the Ground Floor of Jose P. Laurel Bldg.

STEP 5. Order School Uniforms and Books

The student will coordinate with their respective colleges or departments for the ordering of school uniforms and books.

STEP 6. School ID Application

Students will proceed to the Information and Communications Technology Department for the picture taking at S205 of the Sotero H. Laurel Bldg. Please wear any shirt with a collar.

STEP 7. Student Orientation

Please wait for an official announcement on our official Facebook page regarding the schedule of the Student Orientation.

APPLICATION ATTACHMENTS:
– Letter from student’s parent or guardian stating the reason for withdrawal/dropping of subjects addressed to the Registrar’s Office along with supporting documents such as certifications or records (e.g., medical certificate for medical reasons)

– Photocopy of valid ID from parent/guardian.

– To be submitted to the Registrar’s Office for screening of application (on campus, from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00pm).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All applicants are requested to read carefully and take note of the following terms and conditions for Admission and Enrolment of Incoming/New Students for the First Semester of Academic Year 2022-2023:

  1. The applicants must conform to online enrolment guidelines and requirements of LPU-Cavite including the schedules and deadlines if and may the school should declare such.
  2. All applications are subject to review and approval upon submission of necessary requirements.
  3. The registered section along with the class schedule is determined by the school system and cannot be chosen by the applicant.
  4. Enrolment is considered official only upon the applicant’s complete and accurate compliance with the following:
    • Presentation and submission of original/photocopy admission and enrolment requirements to LPU-Cavite before the start of classes;
    • Completion of enrolment procedure set by the institution within the same period (please see enrolment procedures).
  5. Shifting from the Program once enrolled is not allowed.
  6. Withdrawal Dropping of Subject/s (part of load/entire load) should be filed to the Registrar’s Office subject to the existing policies and procedures. 
  7. This Admission and Enrollment Procedures are applicable only for First Semester, Academic Year 2022-2023.
  8. All applicants should strictly follow these terms and conditions including the Data Privacy Agreement as stated in the Applicant Data Entry. Any unlawful or prohibited use and act thereof, which constitute a violation of the Admission and Enrolment shall be a ground to declare the admission and enrolment application null and void.
