1. 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘁: Complete the Online Enrollment Application and submit scanned copies of the requirements. Scan the QR code or visit: https://bit.ly/LPUCCORegs

2. 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝘆: Log in to the Applicant Access Module for the result of your application. Once the application is accepted and registered subjects with assessments are already reflected in the account, the applicant may proceed with payment (minimum downpayment: PHP 10,000). For offsite payment, email the payment confirmation screenshot to lpuc_accounting@lpu.edu.ph and use your student name as the email subject.

3. 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺: Upon payment confirmation, the applicant will receive a guide to accessing the Official Enrollment Assessment Form. Succeeding procedures for medical referrals, ordering of books and uniforms, ID capturing, and issuance of student accounts will be facilitated onsite.

  • Retention Policy of student applicants under the following programs:
    – BS Accountancy (2 copies)
    – BS Customs Administration (2 copies)
    – BS Nursing (2 copies)
    – BS Psychology (3 copies)

FRESHMEN

  • Original Report Card (F138)/SF9 (Certification of Completion/Candidate for Graduation and photocopy of Report Card of at least 1st to 3rd grading period may be considered if the original report card with complete grades is not yet available during enrollment)
  • SF10/F137A (if available)

  • Original Notarized Affidavit of Support including bank statements or notarized notice of grant for institution-al scholars to cover expenses for the student’s accommodation and subsistence, as well as school dues and other incidental expenses.
  • Medical Certificate/Quarantine Medical Clearance (if in the Philippines)
  • Original Certificate of Course Description and Certification of Grades (for transferee)

ADDING/CHANGING OF SUBJECT/S

  2. Fill out the form completely and present applicable requirements, if any.
  3. Proceed to respective units/department/colleges concerned for interview and signature.
  4. Please note that only those fully accomplished form will be accepted for processing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All applicants are requested to read carefully and take note of the following terms and conditions for Admission and Enrolment of Incoming/New Students for the First Semester of Academic Year 2024-2025:

  1. The applicants must conform to online enrolment guidelines and requirements of LPU-Cavite including the schedules and deadlines if and may the school should declare such.
  2. All applications are subject for review and approval upon submission of necessary requirements.
  3. Registered section along with the class schedule is determined by the school system and cannot be chosen by the applicant.   
  4. Enrolment is considered official only upon applicant’s complete and accurate compliance with the following:
    • Presentation and submission of original/photocopy admission and enrolment requirements to LPU-Cavite before the start of classes.
    • Completion of enrolment procedure set by the institution within the same period (please see enrolment procedures).
  5. Shifting of Program once enrolled is not allowed.  
  6. Withdrawal Dropping of Subject/s (part of load/entire load) should be filed to the Registrar’s Office subject to the existing policies and procedures.
  7. This Admission and Enrollment Procedures are applicable only for First Semester, Academic Year 2024-2025.
  8. All applicants should strictly follow these terms and conditions including the Data Privacy Agreement as stated in the Applicant Data Entry. Any unlawful or prohibited use and act thereof, which constitute a violation of the Admission and Enrolment shall be a ground to declare the admission and enrolment application null and void.
