Onsite Registration and Enrolment Procedures
For Continuing Students/Upperclassmen

STEP 1. PLOTTING OF SUBJECTS
Plotting of subjects with the College Secretary by schedule.
STEP 2. ENLISTMENT OF SUBJECTS
Registration of subjects to be enrolled thru plotting form endorsed by the College of Law.
STEP 3. PAYMENT OF FEES
Pay the assessed fee thru the following:
- On-Site Payment LPU-Cavite (Accounting Office)
- MLhuillier
- Metrobank Online Banking
- Metrobank Direct Online
For off-site payment, use the Applicant Number as Reference Number/Subscriber’s Number in filling out the payment slip. Email the scanned copy or photographed proof of payment with your Full Name and Applicant Number to lpuc_accounting@lpu.edu.ph
Clearing/verification of payments will take two (2) to three (3) working days after payment has been made.
STEP 4. ENROLMENT VERIFICATION
Log-in to “Student Access Module”. Go to “Account Tab” and click the “desired semester” to view and print the “Statement of Account/Official Enrolment Assessment Form.

Baccalaureate Honor Graduates Requirements: – Accomplished application form for scholarship, grants and discounts – Certification of Latin of Honors – Photocopy of Transcript of Records – Photocopy of Good Moral Character Certificate – Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (for New Applicants only) A-LEAP (Alumni Discount) Requirements: – Accomplished application form for scholarship, grants and discounts – Certification of Graduation (mother/father who graduated in LPU) – Photocopy of Good Moral Character Certificate – LPU Alumni ID – Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (for New Applicants only) Siblings Discount Requirements: – Accomplished application form for scholarship, grants and discounts – Copy of Enrolment Assessment Form (EAF) of both siblings – Photocopy of Certification of Good Moral Certificate (applicant who will avail the discount) – Photocopy of Official Receipt (both siblings) – Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (both siblings) Downloadable Form | August 1 to 30, 2023 |

APPLICATION ATTACHMENTS FOR WITHDRAWAL/DROPPING OF SUBJECT:
- Letter from student’s parent or guardian stating the reason for withdrawal/dropping of subjects addressed to the Registrar’s Office along with supporting documents such as certifications or records (e.g., medical certificate for medical reasons)
- Photocopy of valid ID from parent/guardian.
- To be submitted to the Registrar’s Office for screening of application (ON-SITE)
