Bachelor of Science in International Travel and Tourism Management (BSITTM)
The Bachelor of Science in International Travel and Tourism Management program provides an international tourism education to students aspiring to become professionals in the field of travel and tourism. The program prepares the student to serve and lead in travel, recreation, lodging, assembly, and event management.
Bachelor of Science in International Travel and Tourism Management with Specialization in Health and Wellness (BSITTM-HW)
The Bachelor of Science in International Travel and Tourism Management Major in Health and Wellness program provides an international tourism education focusing on health and wellness to students aspiring to become professionals in the field of travel and tourism. The program prepares the student to serve and lead in travel, recreation, lodging, health and wellness management, assembly, and event management.
Bachelor of Science in Science in Nutrition and Dietetics (BSND)
The Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics (BSND) is a four-year program that is designed to equip the students with the fundamental knowledge, attitudes and skills in foods, nutrition, dietetics, management, and allied fields in order to prepare them for entry level professional responsibilities in education and communication, food and nutrition research, clinical dietetics, food service industries, wellness programs and public health/ community nutrition. The first and second semesters of the fourth year is devoted to field practice in hospital dietetics, food service and community nutrition/public health. A graduate of BSND must passed the Licensure Examination for Nutritionist-Dietitian to be able to practice the profession in the hospital and public health.
Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management with Specialization in Hotel and Restaurant Administration (BSIHM-HRA)
The Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management with specialization in Hotel and Restaurant Administration is a four-year program that equips the students with competencies that are needed to execute operational tasks and management functions in food production (culinary), accommodation, food and beverage service, events planning and other emerging sectors of the hospitality industry. The program also helps the students to develop effective communication and interpersonal skills which are vital in establishing positive customer relations.
Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management with Specialization in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Operations (BSIHM-CAKO)
BSIHM-CAKO is a four- year degree program that is mainly in providing an in-depth knowledge in the art and science of culinary arts in a safe, sanitary and nutritious manners, principles of kitchen and restaurant operations and product preparation and service. It also provide proficiency skills and ethics of food production and cooking costs and encourages positive attitudes in culinary arts and kitchen operations and the realization of human rights and social responsibility. Students should pass all lectures, laboratories, practical as well as internship in university’s affiliated internship provider. Graduates of BSIHM-CAKO promotes wisdom, creative thinking and good citizenship. They have to finish 5 National Certificate II and ServSafe Certification.
Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management with Specialization in Cruise Line Operations in Culinary Arts (BSIHM-CLOCA)
BSIHM-CLOCA is a four- year degree program that is mainly providing an in-depth knowledge in the art and science of culinary arts in a safe, sanitary and nutritious manners, principles of kitchen and restaurant operations and product preparation and service. It also provide proficiency skills and ethics of food production and cooking costs and encourages positive attitudes in culinary arts and kitchen operations and the realization of human rights and social responsibility.
