CITHM Research: One of Top 10 Winners for the Journal of Philippine Tourism and Hospitality Studies
The Philippine Association of Researchers for Tourism and Hospitality Inc. (PARTH), through its Journal of Philippine Tourism and Hospitality Studies (JPTHS) Editorial Board, announced the top ten winners for the 2nd volume of publication last May 26, 2020.
One of the top 10 winners is a research done by Mr. Roel Renz S. Del Callar & Dr. Mark Irvin C. Celis from CITHM entitled “The Prevalence and Effects of Bullying among the Employees of Selected Quick Service Restaurants: A Basis for Human Behavior in Organization Intervention Program.”
Other winners include universities such as University of the Philippines and University of Sto. Tomas with the following research titles:

- Community-based Tourism as a Tool to Contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals by Maria Carmela M. Ibanez
- From Recovery Marketing to Destination Resilience: A Comparative Case Analysis of Tourism Disaster Recovery Strategies in Asia by Monina M. Buccat
From the University of Sto. Tomas in collaboration with Mariano Marcos State University:
- Design Initiatives in Agri-Tourism Modelling for Higher Education Development Program of MMSU, Ilocos Norte, Philippines by Eva Jean Y. Viernes, Marlowe U. Aquino & Dante R. Garcia
The top 10 winners shall be given an ample time to enhance their research papers for the review of the JPTHS editorial board prior its publication. Announcement of top 3 winners will be revealed on the next Tourism and Hospitality Annual Research Conference (THARC) and Annual Hospitality Tourism and Hospitality Student Research Conference (ATHSRC).
