The students from the College of Fine Arts and Design taking up Multimedia Arts bagged the Grand Winner Award in the 2020 Reel Revolution: Young Filipino Filmmakers Film Workshop and Festival.

The entry entitled “SEABED (2020)” by Multimedia Arts students Kirsten Salazar & Charlene Remigio was hailed as the Grand Winner. Here are other special awards received by the students:

• Best Director
• Best in Cinematography
• Best in Production Design
• Best Actress
• Most Gender Transformative

This competition was organized by the Philippine Commission on Women, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board, the National Telecommunications Commission, the Optical Media Board, the Film Academy of the Philippines, and the Film Development Council of the Philippines.
