On November 15, 2022, LPU Cavite representatives had an exploratory meeting with representatives from National Kaohsiung University of Science & Technology (NKUST) in Taiwan. During the meeting, the two universities discussed the possibilities of having a memorandum of understanding in order to collaborate on different programs such as Student Exchange Agreements, Faculty Exchange Programs, and Dual-Degree Programs, especially in Computer Science, Information Technology, & Engineering programs.

The representatives from LPU Cavite were Dr Arnel M. Avelino, Dean COECSA; Engr. Annalyn Romero, College Secretary; Engr Leah Santos, Chair, ECE; Engr Drexler Sibal, Chair CE; Mr. Joven Cajigas, Chair DCS; and Ms Jerian Peren, Chair Computer Science.

Meanwhile, the representatives from NKUST were Prof. Jyh -Cheng Jason YU, Dean of College of Engineering; Prof. Dr. Chun-Hao CHEN, Dept. of Computer Science and Information Engineering, College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS); Assoc. Prof. Ay-ling HUANG, Chief of Section of International linkage and relationship OIA; Ms. Chin-Szu Joy WU, Assistant Manager of Section of International linkage and relationship, OIA; and Ms. Hao-Yu Hung, coordinator of Section of International linkage and relationship, OIA.
