On March 8, 2022, LPU-Cavite’s Research and Publications Office (RPO) staged an International Research and Innovation Conference, with the Center for Research and Innovation in Tourism (CRiT), Taylor’s University, Malaysia as the knowledge partner, as part of its 14^th Foundation Anniversary celebration.

 The conference aimed to provide participants a common platform to share research findings and insights in multidisciplinary fields, promote discussions and academic exchange of ideas, information, and discoveries among higher educational institutions (HEIs) in the country and abroad. In addition, the conference served as a conduit to initiate future research collaboration among participants.

One of the highlights of the conference is the keynote speech delivered by Dr. Stephanie Hui-Wen Chuah, Senior Lecturer of SHTE Taylor’s University, Malaysia and Center for Research and Innovation in Tourism (CRiT), which tackled the innovations and future of the hospitality and tourism industry.

The main highlight of the conference is the nine (9) parallel sessions facilitated by the session chairs from Taylor’s University, Malaysia and LPU-Cavite. A total of 42 multidisciplinary research papers were presented by researchers from different higher educational institutions in the country. The conference manifests the diligence and persistence of our researchers in coming up with research studies that contribute new knowledge to different disciplines.
