Letter to Parents of Grade 12 Students

Dear Parent/Guardian,


We would like to inform you of the following changes in the details concerning the Seventh Commencement Exercises for the graduating Senior High School students for SY 2021-2022:

  1. The venue of the Seventh Commencement Exercises will be in the University Auditorium of LPU Cavite. After making arrangements with the Philippine International Convention Center, we were informed that the earliest available date for our school is September 13, 2022. We understand that by that time most of our Grade 12 students have already started their classes with the colleges or universities they will enroll in for their tertiary education. Having consulted the Grade 12 students through their student government and the class presidents, we decided to conduct the graduation ceremony in the most fitting venue inside the campus.
  2. The Seventh Commencement Exercises will be held on August 17-18, 2022, provided that there are no government-imposed restrictions on mass gatherings on those dates. Since the University Auditorium can only accommodate around 300-350 persons observing physical distancing, we will conduct the graduation rites in batches. The schedule of the batches will be announced in July 2022.
  3. Due to the change of venue, the graduation fee is now reduced to P5,050 (excluding the graduation picture fee of P1,575). As mentioned in our previous letter, the fee is inclusive of the graduation pictures, yearbook, tickets for the ceremony (for 1 graduate and 2 guests), graduation sash, diploma with leatherette holder, one-time alumni association membership fee, alumni ID fee, and form 137-A fee among others. The graduation fee must be settled until July 7, 2022, Thursday. Please keep the official receipt of payment for the claiming of tickets during the rehearsal prior to the actual ceremony.
