Letter to Parents of Grade 10 and Grade 12

May 2, 2022

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Greetings! We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health.

We are pleased to inform you that the LPU Cavite International School is planning to have face-to-face Junior High School Completion Ceremony (for Grade 10 students) and Seventh Commencement Exercises (for Grade 12 students) in the coming months. Though the possibility of the conduct of such in-person activities will depend on the government restrictions on mass gatherings implemented during the months of July and August 2022, we have started preparing for special and memorable ceremonies to cap a period of your child’s study experience in LPU Cavite while strictly complying with health protocols.

The following are some information relative to the foregoing:

  1. We made this letter available to all parents and/or guardians regardless of their academic standing. The receipt of this letter does NOT in any way imply the inclusion of your child in the official list of candidates for Junior High School Completion (for Grade 10 students) or for Graduation (for Grade 12 students).
  2. For Grade 10 students, the Junior High School Completion Ceremony will be held on the last week of July 2022 at the University Auditorium. The date of the ceremony will be announced after the end of the fourth quarter.

    • The fee for the completion pictures (P1,525.00) must be settled with the Cashiers’ Office (via on-site or official off-site payment channels see: https://cavite.lpu.edu.ph/admissions/offsite-payment-channels/) before the scheduled photoshoot on May 16-18, 2022. Our supplier for the completion pictures (as well as the souvenir program) is Zone 5. Details about the completion photoshoot will be announced through the respective class advisers.
