• For those who will enroll in a school other than LPU Cavite, the report card will be delivered via courier service since access to LPU Cavite campus remains restricted to a few persons in compliance with the health and safety protocols set by the national and local government. Courier service fee will be shouldered by the requesting party or recipient. Payment shall be on a cash-on-delivery basis. Rates may vary depending on the location of the recipient. Details will be communicated via individual email.

• The report card (Form 9, formerly Form 138) will only be issued to students who have completely settled their obligations to LPU Cavite.

Since the courier service fee is included in the completion fee (for Grade 10) or graduation fee (for Grade 12), the report card will be delivered only upon settlement of the aforementioned fees.
