On December 19, 2022, thirteen student officers from the Lyceum of the Philippines University Cavite International School participated in the annual Youth Leaders’ Summit at the General Trias Convention and Cultural Center.

#ADecadeYLS, one of the hashtags of the said conference, denotes the consistent hosting of gatherings dedicated to educating and empowering student leaders from different schools. After more than two years of community quarantine, this day also marks the first face-to-face leadership summit of youth leaders in General Trias City.

The event began with a short interview session for participating student officers and a short Q&A session with Binibining Gentriseo Winners. A motivational seminar on leadership was also presented by the guest speaker, Bro. Arun Gogna.

To conclude the event, Mayor Luis “Jon Jon” A. Ferrer IV expressed his joy and gratitude for the completion of yet another successful summit in his closing remarks.
